His responsibilities also include but are not limited to providing direct technical support to potential and existing customers, developing product whitepapers, and speaking on various topics in the IT field. Before joining PHD James spent his time operating as a systems administration/engineer in various industries such as military, healthcare, legal, and financial institutions. From a skillset standpoint James is well versed in various technologies ranging from VMware, Citrix, Windows, Active Directory and Exchange just to name a few.
