Measuring and improving productivity begins at the edge of the network where the end users are. End users and applications on mobile devices and in VDI environments take some special consideration. This session will talk about how the state of art in End User Experience monitoring across mobile platforms and VDI environments, with some time spent helping attendees understand how they can get a tighter grip on their own organization and improve productivity by getting proactive, reducing ticket times, and using correlation technology to identify and correct issues before they impact the business.
About the Speaker...
Troy Partain is a Sr. Sales Engineer at Aternity Inc. and joined the organization in October 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Partain worked for 5 years at Dell Services / Perot Systems where he held a broad range of technological leadership positions within the Healthcare Division including the management of key client relationships and electronic medical records implementation and delivery at Dignity Health, Tenet Healthcare, and Northern Arizona Healthcare. Prior to joining Dell / Perot, Mr. Partain worked for 5 years at Cerner Corporation where he held ever advancing roles as a member of their management development program, managing an 11 million P&L for their rapidly expanding LifeSiences division.
Mr. Partain received his Masters of Medical Informatics from Northwestern where he graduated magna cum laude. Additionally, Mr. Partain holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in telecommunications and network management.
